I found the staff wonderful and efficient. They were happy to help. nady at the beach bar and ahmed (the sunbed guy) always ensured our beds were ready and looked after us well. the rooms are spacious. towel creations by the cleaners made my day.
the lack of included prosecco was disappointing (it is a possible deal breaker!). buying it by the bottle cost £25. the cocktails, however, seemed overly sugary. i also found that the pillows were too firm for my liking.

I found the staff friendly. The service was attentive. The food options were quite diverse, i found something new each day. The pool area was very well kept and clean, A real asset.
The wifi signal in the room was weak. It made streaming difficult. The cocktail quality was inconsistent. Some were overly sweet. The beach area had some rocks. I had to be careful when entering the water.

The hotel features a unique design. It resembles caves. The staff was helpful. I participated in daily activities and entertainment. The private beach was clean. entering the sea was difficult due to rocks.
The food lacked variety sometimes. Availability fluctuated. When I requested breakfast to go for trips, the package was minimal. The same applied to late dinner.
